I start by listening to what feels difficult and what you hope might change. Together, we choose a focus that matters to you.
My experience includes outpatient counseling, crisis stabilization, and community-based care. With younger clients, I may use play and age-appropriate activities to help them express what is hard to say.
I practice under qualified clinical supervision as part of Florida’s licensure pathway.
